After placing your order, our team will begin processing it within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. We carefully prepare each order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


Delivery Timeframe and Shipping Cost

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes place within the following timeframe:

Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
Transit Time: 5–10 Business Days
Shipping Cost: Free Shipping (where applicable) / Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times apply only to business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 Business Days (Processing Time + Transit Time)


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Colombo) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photos and retain all packaging materials to help us resolve the issue quickly.
