No Return for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong selection, sizing issues, or buyer preference.
All product photos are of the exact watch you will receive. Customers are advised to review all photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Not as Described
If the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.
After verification, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement (if available), or partial refund.
International Shipping Policy
All watches are shipped from India to international destinations.
Due to international shipping regulations, customs rules, and high return costs, we do not accept general returns for international orders.
If a parcel is refused, not accepted, or returned by customs, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes.
